Our rates include extras like bikes and premium amenities at no additional charge. We use a private management company and local host who truly cares for our home, plus they utilize recommended products and processes to clean and disinfect between guests, so you can rest assured you will arrive to a clean, safe vacation house, at no additional cost.

 

Our rates include:

• Up to 6 guests

• All taxes and fees, including the city of Lucca tourist tax

• All utilities (gas, electricity, wifi, water, trash) with a cap of 300 mc of gas/month.

• Discounts for stays of 7 days or longer.
